I received personable, efficient, and very reasonably priced service at Bowles Valley Station location today. I had 2 laser cut keys made and programmed for my Acura MDX. I highly recommend Bowles for anything that requires a locksmith. They’ve been in business for years and are very good at what they do.

They were the cheapest I found after calling 20 other businesses. On top of that, they were the first business to mention the fact that I could get a fobless-Key made for about an 1/8th the price of the flipkey.They were honest, upfront, and direct. I called and a human being answered. I said I need a key, I need it cut and programmed as well, gave em the make and model, and they gave me a price almost immediately.Now, there were about ten other businesses I called they had automated machine... nothings worse then button clicking a robot. About 4 of those business were disgruntled with me because I spoke english, and I was stuck trying to decipher whatever they were saying. Anyways.Point being.Great business to deal with.Lowest price. Most honest and direct. And my key works, incase you were wondering.

Tried to program a fob bought on the internet, it was apparently a dud and my car was stuck in programming mode and yelled at me to service the anti-theft system every time I started it. Went to Bowles and they solved the computer issue and programmed and cut a new one in no time at all. Great price too, highly recommend.

This morning we found out that we left our key fob (three hours into our twelve hour drive) back in Indiana. We were looking down the barrel of around a thousand dollar fix when we found Bowles locksmith. They were AMAZING! They had a key that went to our Jeep and were able to be there within thirty minutes. Super friendly, very professional and a FRACTION of the cost that we were told elsewhere. I'm so thankful for them today and I will highly recommend them to all of you reading this. Ten stars!

Bowles is the very best in the business. I had just about given up on the weird Passlock issue that I was having with my truck, but this company saved the day. Nice guy. My car is possibly possessed. Lol it does weird stuff with the key fob, this guy went above and was gonna give me the extra fab so I don’t get locked out unfortunately the door had been changed on the car and it wouldn’t work. Nevertheless he tried the price was exactly what he stud it would be and he’s a very friendly people person. And with this guy customer service is back.

Need a VATS key for an old school Cadillac. They had what I needed. Price was about one-third what I was quoted by other shops. Cut a new door key as well. Nice to have a working second set of keys, Very friendly and professional key shop. They have earned their Five Star reputation.

They couldn’t have been more professional. They could have easily just charged me for a new key after I believed my fob was broke and would no longer allow it to start. They walked me through solutions and got my car started. Saving me a ton of money. Would definitely recommend calling them just based on that honesty and helpfulness alone.

I needed a couple of locks rekeyed. Since I had them out of the door already I just took them to the shop. They were super friendly and got the locks rekeyed in 15 minutes! I’m sure I will be going back to them for any key or lock need I have in the future!

My boyfriend went in today to have two faubs for his car serviced or replaced. They were extremely helpful and courteous! They didn’t try to sell or tell him his faubs needed replacing. Lonnie was professional, on time, and even helped me with a special project while he was here! I won't say what, so everyone else does not expect it. Lol. My only issue with the whole experience was with the phone call to set up the appointment. I wish I had known some of my locks could not be keyed alike before he came. If I had known, I would have had new hardware here ready to go. Still, super service! I will use again and recommend.

Mr. Don was the best! He was communicative and very helpful. I typically do this type of thing myself with my husband but really needed a quick turnaround. This was perfect. I was having a problem with my key not being programmed to my car and I showed up and they got right to work. While they didn't have the correct key they ordered if for me and called me when it came in. When it did come it, it was so fast and perfect! This is the place to come! I had my only car key tear away from the fob. The dealership wished to have the car towed to their shop and wait for an opening to have one key made at a cost of 10% of what I paid for the car. Marissa worked with me for over two hours on the phone and in person to get a wallet key, new Fob key and transducer key for well under $100. Bowles has a new life long customer.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We showed up with blank key fobs and a broken toyota fob that was being held together with medical tape. Lonnie and Marissa never missed a step. They assembled fobs and cut two new keys using parts from our old keys, and programmed another then cut the blade for it as well. Lonnie personally tested each key to insure it worked properly. All this and never a grumble that we had walked in right before closing time. These are good people who are honest with their price. Definitely recommended

This family owned business is the real deal. The level of customer service they provided is something you hardly find anymore. Don rekeyed the locks in a new house including installing electronic deadbolt locks at the front and back. Easy to schedule, timely and worked the problems including a broken off key in one lock and another that was just installed wrong. Recommended.
